An event photographer should be the person you forget is there until you see the pictures. I work with a light touch: no running the room, no shouting group shots over the music. I find the moments between the moments.

I have photographed ceremonies and celebrations, and the approach is the same anywhere: watch, wait, and be ready.

Hours and the number of images are set with you, because a christening, a milestone birthday and a wedding day need different things. Tell me the date, the place and what matters most, and I will say what I would cover.

I cover ceremonies and the days that matter. Tell me the date and the plan and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right fit.

I make video as well as photographs. Video is quoted case by case, so tell me what you have in mind.

Write to me with the date and the idea. I reply with a few times, and the date is held once we agree it and the deposit is paid.
